BookHuddle with Readgab is a regular podcast available across all platforms, including on my YouTube channel. I interview authors of children’s books and others involved in children’s literacy. We chat not only about what inspired these amazing authors but also discuss time relevant themes in their books and how children can benefit from these themes.
About Book Huddle
Do you have kids in your life? Whether you are a teacher, parent, grandparent, librarian, etc. you will likely find yourself looking for books for your kids. My guests and I love children’s books! I hope you will enjoy hearing about my guests’ work as we join you in your home/car/wherever chatting in a relaxed way. At the end of each Book Huddle every guest also recommends a children’s book that you just may want to share with your child or read for yourself.

Want to be a guest on the show?
Email requests to reader@readgab.com with the subject ‘BookHuddle Guest Request.’ Be sure to include the following: author name, book name, book description, and possible talking points. I read every book that I feature on the podcast and will come up with my own questions, but it can help greatly in me considering whether or not to feature the book if I have some ideas of what we would talk about. I can’t say specifically what I am looking for because that is always changing so just share themes from the book and any other possible talking points. If I do not get back to you a single follow up is appropriate, but after that it is better to wait for the next book before reapplying.
